Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

At NoMeLoMe, we respect your privacy choices under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These laws give residents of California and certain other U.S. states the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, or the use of that information for targeted advertising.

NoMeLoMe does not use personal information for advertising or retargeting. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not serve personalized or interest-based ads on any membership plan. While we may promote NoMeLoMe services on third-party platforms, we do so without using your personal data for profiling or targeted outreach. How to Confirm or Manage Your Opt-Out Preferences

We still provide tools for managing legacy settings or to ensure your preferences are honored under evolving privacy laws.

For Non-Members

If you are not a NoMeLoMe member, you can limit certain tracking technologies by:

  1. Clicking Here and turning off Advertising Cookies
  2. Adjusting your browser, device, or app settings to block cookies

Note: You may still see general awareness content about NoMeLoMe online, but it is not based on your personal data.

For NoMeLoMe Members

You can confirm your opt-out preferences using either of the methods below:

Option 1 : Email Request

Reach out to the NoMeLoMe Privacy Team when signed in to your NoMeLoMe account and select the request type “Security & Privacy”.

Option 2 : In-Account Privacy Settings

  1. Sign in to NoMeLoMe via web or mobile
  2. Select a profile and go to Profile > Settings > How We Use Your Data
  3. Adjust the following settings:


  1. Turn off Matched Identifier Communications (used only for generalized service promotion)
  2. Select Opt Out of All if you prefer the most restrictive settings
  3. From the primary profile, you can apply these settings to all profiles by selecting “Opt all profiles out of all”

After opting out, you may still receive general service communications and see non-personalized messaging from NoMeLoMe, but no personal information will be used for advertising-related activities.

Additional Note for Signed-Out Users or Non-Members

If you are not signed in, or not a member, your activity on NoMeLoMe.com is not linked to any NoMeLoMe account, which limits our ability to apply certain privacy preferences to your experience.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) / Universal Opt-Out

What is GPC?

Under certain U.S. state laws, businesses must honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser or extension, indicating your choice to opt out of the sale, sharing, or use of personal data for targeted advertising.

Although NoMeLoMe does not sell or share personal data or use it for targeted advertising, we continue to recognize valid GPC signals where required by law, as part of our commitment to privacy.

How We Respond to GPC Signals

Signed-In Members

If you’re signed in and using a browser that sends a valid GPC signal:

  1. We acknowledge your signal, although NoMeLoMe does not engage in matched identifier communications or behavioral advertising.
  2. The GPC preference will be respected across applicable profiles in accordance with legal requirements.
  3. Kids' profiles are always excluded from personalized marketing or advertising, regardless of settings.

Signed-Out Users / Non-Members

If you are signed out, not consuming content from a profile, or not a member:

  1. We recognize GPC signals and apply them to the browser or device being used, although NoMeLoMe does not use advertising cookies or serve personalized ads.
  2. The GPC preference will remain in effect only for that specific browser or device unless re-enabled elsewhere.
